It’s amazing how much you can do with a little smoked salmon, some sliced cucumbers and a little bit of dressing. These smoked salmon sliders are so simple to make and in a different economy, they would cost next to nothing.
My idea of bliss is waking up in the morning and indulging in an extravagant breakfast. I could spend hours talking about my love for breakfast and I often do. These smoked salmon sliders are my idea of a little brunch in the middle of the week. Smoked salmon is one of those fancy things that make you feel like you’re having an English afternoon tea on a Wednesday morning. This is less refined version of an English tea sandwich. I think it’s perfectly acceptable as breakfast, lunch or even a snack.
I’m a burger apologist: you have protein, vegetables, and a a good amount of carbs because life’s too short not to have some carbs. If you’re not convinced, a smoked salmon burger is a healthier alternative: high in protein, it’s also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. And the better news is, there’s no cooking here, so making these salmon sliders is only a matter of chopping some vegetables and assembling it to your liking. So easy, you can do it in your sleep. So simple, you can do it half asleep on your way to work.
