Easy Tuna Salad

This Easy Tuna Salad is my go-to recipe for a quick, filling lunch of snack. An original Hailee recipe – I love her content – I saw it on tiktok a while ago and knew I had to try it. There’s no mayo, but it’s tangy, bright, and fresh. The celery adds a nice crunch and the sun-dried tomatoes add a chewy texture. It’s so easy to make, but the flavors are bold.

If you’re on a high-protein diet, this is a great meal to add to your rotation. Try it on avocado toast and it’s a perfect dish! There’s not much to say here, all you have to do is add the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. I like adding a little bit of whole grain mustard, but it’s optional. Combine all ingredients, keep tasting and adjusting until you get to the right proportions. Add more lemon, salt, pepper, or olive oil if needed.

I like chopping the ingredients very finely, so I suggest taking your time cutting them. If you don’t have some of the ingredients, feel free to omit or substitute whenever necessary. Although every ingredient adds a different element, be it texture or tanginess, this salad is delicious no matter what you throw in it. This recipe can be easily doubled and add as much of each ingredient as you’d like. I usually just eyeball everything. Enjoy it immediately or keep in the fridge until serving.
