I’ve been making this every single morning. This handheld milk frother thing is my new favorite kitchen appliance – no fuss, no extra dishes to wash! A dash of cinnamon and hint of vanilla turn this regular whipped coffee into a great one – a perfect cozy fall drink!
Vanilla Whipped Coffee

- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- Add the instant coffee, sugar, and water to a glass.
- Using a whisk or milk frother, whip until light, frothy, and thick.
- Meanwhile, heat milk and vanilla in a saucepan over medium.
- Pour in milk, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon and that’s it!
