Before you say anything, I know what you’re thinking – does the internet really need another whipped coffee recipe?? No, it does not. But listen, this is not like other coffees, this is a cool coffee. I has ✨vanilla AND cinnamon✨. Genius, I know.

But before we get into that, let’s talk about some important world news and current affairs. Taylor Swift releasing an All Too Well short film?! That’s pretty much all I think about (!!!) – tiktok won’t let me forget it, everyone on my fyp is going nuts over this.

This is pretty much all the news I care about at the moment, so let’s talk coffee!

I’ve been making this every single morning. This handheld milk frother thing is my new favorite kitchen appliance – no fuss, no extra dishes to wash! A dash of cinnamon and hint of vanilla turn this regular whipped coffee into a great one – a perfect cozy fall drink!

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • cinnamon


  1. Add the instant coffee, sugar, and water  to a glass.
  2. Using a whisk or milk frother, whip until light, frothy, and thick.
  3. Meanwhile, heat milk and vanilla in a saucepan over medium.
  4. Pour in milk, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon and that’s it!
